The body, when preparing for stress, is oftentimes like a plane getting ready to lift off. As a stressful situation approaches, our body prepares its reactions accordingly and a few subtle changes occur within us that we may not always notice.

The pounding of one’s heart can sometimes be quite discernible and can sometimes lead to puzzling and ill-conceived actions. We notice the palpitation and thinking of our personal health as well, this affects the ability to choose wisely and think clearly. This often leads to a chain reaction of negative events or poor choices.

It is important to be aware of what stresses you out and how you react to it. Think about this carefully. Don’t take these things lightly. Don’t dwell too much on your problems.
